Many brides hear "coaching" and they think, "Oh, I don't need that. I'm sure some brides do, but I'm not 'crazy'." This is an unfortunate mentality brought on by the need of our society to cover up anything that isn't happy and pretty about this time. Most of my clients are stable, confident, functional and overall happy people. Once they get into coaching, they realize that it isn't about "fixing" anything or about them being a bridezilla. It's about taking this journey in a way that very few brides get to experience - a way that encompasses every little up and down of this time in a very conscious way. I really wish I had been more aware during my engagement and wedding planning process! I met Liza pretty far along into my planning through our mutual blog world.
